GST invoice policy
Demo invoices and GST numbers are fictional. They are examples of the interface, not valid invoices or evidence of a supply.
1. Software fees and salon bills
Software subscription fees are separate from the salon’s takings. For a live software purchase, the invoice should identify the actual supplier, the recipient details supplied for the purchase, the service period, taxable value and applicable tax details.
2. Your salon’s own invoices
The salon is responsible for its registration status, tax configuration, item classifications and accurate business details. Review the generated bill and consult the appropriate professional for the salon’s circumstances. A software screen does not establish a tax liability or entitlement.
3. Required details and corrections
The applicable GST rules determine invoice particulars, including supplier details, invoice number and date, description, taxable value and tax details. Corrections and refunds should be handled with the appropriate document and a traceable record rather than rewriting a settled history.
4. Exports and filing
The product brief includes GST splits and a GSTR-1 export. Review exports against the books before filing. A demo export is not a filed return, tax advice or a compliance guarantee.
5. Pricing
Prices exclude GST. Supply the correct billing information before a live subscription is invoiced. The final issuer details and invoice support channel will be published before paid orders open.
