1. The site and demo

You can browse the marketing site without creating an account here. Demo salons, clients, telephone numbers, visits, payments and messages are fictional. Please do not enter real client, employee, health or payment data into the public demo.

2. What the hosting service receives

The site and public demo are hosted on Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting a web page involves technical request information, which can include IP address, browser information and the requested URL. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and performance. This site does not currently offer a live contact form or collect card details.

3. Demo choices and messages

Controls in the demo illustrate salon workflows. A demonstrated booking, payment or WhatsApp action does not create a real appointment, collect money or send a real client message. The demo may retain interface preferences in your browser; you can clear the site’s browser storage.

4. Consent and future live data

Before live product use, the product notice must identify the responsible organisation, the data collected, its purpose, service providers, retention, applicable safeguards and ways to withdraw consent or exercise applicable rights. Promotional consent must be recorded separately from service communications.

5. Requests and grievances

For a real salon’s client record, contact that salon first. This preview does not yet publish a live privacy or grievance contact. We will provide a verified contact and request process before accepting live personal data. Do not submit sensitive data through the demo.

6. Framework and changes

We are preparing our live-data processes with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework in mind. This preview is not a claim of certification. This notice will be updated when live contact channels, analytics or product data processing change.
