Terms of use
These terms describe the public Mayura marketing site and fictional demo. Live software subscriptions will require final commercial terms and an identified contracting organisation.
1. Explore the demo
You may use the public demo to evaluate the interface with its fictional salon data. Do not use it to run a real salon, store confidential records or process a real payment. Access may change while we develop the product.
2. The trial and plans
72-hour trial, no card, no auto-charge. Growth ₹1,499 / month, ₹3,399 / quarter, ₹8,999 / year per outlet. Signature ₹1,999 / ₹4,499 / ₹12,999. Outlets 2–4 at 10% off, 5+ at 15% off. Prices exclude GST. WhatsApp ₹0.90 per message, SMS ₹0.25, gateway fees as charged by Razorpay.
3. No purchase through the demo
Demo signup, billing and payment controls are illustrations. They do not form a paid subscription, charge a card or bank account, or promise a live account. Review the final order and live terms before buying.
4. Responsible use
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with other visitors, probe for private data or upload content you have no right to use. Do not use fictional demo telephone numbers to contact people outside the demo.
5. Your data and our work
You retain rights in your salon records. Mayura’s brand, interface, illustrations and site materials remain protected by their applicable rights. Public brand downloads are supplied for accurate references to Mayura.
6. Before live launch
The final service agreement will state the contracting entity, payment and renewal rules, cancellation and refund process, support commitments, data handling, service limitations and dispute process. These preview terms do not waive any rights provided by applicable law.
